Definitely I’m not drinking tea in the bath room but bathing with green tea. I came up with this idea when I noticed that the green tea I bought like months ago have expired while arranging stuff in my kitchen cabinet recently. Well, it turned out to be very soothing spa. Haha. Don’t worry, “expired” green tea may not be consumed but can be used externally. And yeah, you don’t necessary have to use expired ones!
Method:
- It is very easy, just soak a tea bag of green tea in a “big bowl” before you bathe. (you can also use red or black tea at your own convenience or depend on the availability)
- Wet yourself thoroughly with the green tea from head to toe with a gentle massage. I done it after my soap bath.
- Gargle the green tea for few seconds for few times.
- At last make the tea bag as your eye mask. Simply lay the tea bag on your eye for 5 minutes.
