Located at Kuala Langat distric, around 50 Km drive from Kuala Lumpur, near Dengkil and lies adjacent to Putrajaya. This 3,100 hectares of wetlands encompasses an ex-tin mining land and peat swamp forest.

We managed to see some crocodiles after the cleaners taught us the way to attract the crocodiles. It is a call that the keepers always use as a behavioral call for feeding. According to the cleaners, the crocodiles only fed once a week. Therefore, they act fast to the calls.

Hippos quickly walk towards the feeding door/gate once they saw us. They seemed to think that they were going to be fed. Waited in front of the door/ gate with its head lied on the floor for few minutes and went back to their lake with disappointment - That's what I felt. After visited the hippos here, I think I agreed with the cleaners - animals are underfed here. Not sure whether it is just a gimmick or a fact but it all depends on your own judgement when you pay a visit there.
